This two-story home in Manor TX, underwent a complete transformation inside and out. The goal was to create a high-end rental, featuring seven bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, open-plan kitchen and living room, dining room and separate games room with outdoor pool and hot tub. White oak herringbone floors replaced the red wood and terracotta tile, while a palette of grays were brought in to add a calm, upscale feel. Paneling was added to the dining room and double-height entry, with the warm gray tone from the walls running up the stairs and into the second floor bedrooms. The kitchen features dark cabinets with brass hardware, and user-friendly granite countertops in a leathered finish. This space is the perfect backdrop for any occasion.
